A. Order Placing

To place an order for products or services at our website, you can visit the store website and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Login ID, and we will ship the item to the address given by you.

B. Order Acceptance

Company may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel orders. Once we receive your order, we will provide you an email with the order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Company acceptance of order nor does it constitute confirmation of offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason after receiving them. If an order is cancelled after receipt of payment, the billed amount will be refunded.

C. Order Cancellation

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery. Company reserves the right to refuse to process your Order and you reserve the right to cancel your Order. If Company or you have cancelled your Order before acceptance by Store, then Company will promptly refund payment already made by you for the order of the Product.

Company may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason, Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information in which case, Company will notify you and return any payment that you have made.

Company will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product. Except for Orders paid for in cash, refund, if any, shall be made to the same issuing bank from where Order Price was received.

2. Pricing and Offer

If a significant pricing or offer mistake happens you agree that Company will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless the purchase contract has already been concluded (as described above). If we notice a gross mistake and the purchase contract has not yet been concluded, we will may you know the correct price or cancel your order.

All products included on or otherwise made available to you on our website shall be covered by standard product warranty. It is responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service centre in case of any defect and bring the unit to the authorized service centre at customer's cost.
